Weston’s Coffee & Tap Co. is a neighborhood coffee shop with four ever-rotating craft beers on tap, fine wine, inventive cocktails, and an extensive breakfast and lunch menu.

Independently owned and operated by Nick Davis of Jefferson Park, Weston's opened in the Chicago neighborhood in December 2017. He was inspired by his travels to bring the first coffee shop to Jeff Park. Nick and his wife, Jennifer, spent their first wedding anniversary in Spain where they enjoyed a vast array of cafes and dive pubs throughout the country. Back in the states, it was the influence of historic Charleston, SC, where his brother and sister-in-law reside, that brought the concept full circle. The idea—a communal gathering place where the neighborhood, commuters, and travelers alike could enjoy a cup of locally roasted coffee, pint of craft beer, or a freshly made deli sandwich all under one roof—eventually turned into reality, and Weston's (named after their firstborn son) was created.

The cafe is uniquely located directly across the street from the Jefferson Park Transit Center, supporting thousands of daily commuters and neighbors. Our coffee purveyor is none other than Chicago’s very own award-winning roaster, Metropolis Coffee. We partner with family-owned Italian bakery, Allegretti's, to offer the best donuts in town. We have evolved into a family of friends and neighbors since opening our doors, and we couldn’t be more proud of what we have accomplished with our small staff of dedicated baristas and the endless support of our loyal patrons.
